Rental Rates Per Week: |

2. Rental period begins upon arrival of backdrop. Rental drops must be shipped back on the first business day following the close of the event. Drops not returned per this schedule or prearrangement are subject to additional charges. |
3. Once shipped, rental charges are incurred regardless of whether use is cancelled. Suitability is the responsibility of the group or person ordering the scenery and should be addressed before reserving the scenery. Reservation changes within one week of delivery are subject to 25% rental fee. If the reservation resulted in losing another customer's rental, you will be charged full rental fee. |
4. Reservations are scheduled upon receipt of 50% deposit. Balance is due upon receipt of scenery. |
5. Renter is responsible for any damage occurring during rental period, regardless of how it happened. Charges will be billed upon assessment of the repair cost. Any scenery lost or stolen are also the responsibility of the renter. Replacement cost will be billed to the renter, who is responsible for payment. Any insurance claim is the responsibility of the renter to their insurance company. |
6. Drops not returned properly folded will incur $25 folding charge. Drops must be folded with painted side in. Drops are folded one of three ways:
